Farmhouse Salsa

Here's a super yummy and fresh Farmhouse Salsa Recipe! Almost all of the ingredients came from the farm! This giant batch will last us all week. It made 1/2 gallon plus!

5 lbs Farmhouse Tomatoes - Cut in halves
2 to 4 Farmhouse Spring Onions (Bulbs and Stems) - Cut into chunks
1 head of garlic
1 large bunch of Farmhouse Parsley
Organic Garlic Salt
Organic Pepper

Directions: I have the smaller Vitamix container so I had to make this in 3 different batches. Add 2 large tomatoes (per batch), 1/3 of the Spring Onions (cut into chunks), 1/3 of the Parsley, 2 to 3 cloves of garlic, garlic salt and pepper in your Vitamix or Food processor. I use the lowest speed to keep it fairly chunky. Pour into a jar and store it in the refrigerator - it won't last but a few days in my home!
