Our Beef is grass-fed and finished then dry aged to give the meat a wonderful texture and taste!



Farmhouse Nashville is pleased to provide our Middle Tennessee families with quality Grass-fed and Grass-finished Beef.  Our animals are never on grain and do not receive any hormones or antibiotics.  These animals are healthy, vibrant, and forage on fresh pasture.  The quality of our beef is evident in the taste and texture.  We are extremely pleased to offer this amazingly clean and healthy beef from the farm to your family!

The animals we select for harvest are of prime age to assure that you will not be buying overly mature, tough meat. Our meat is genetically lean, yet juicy and is dry aged to bring out the maximum flavor and tenderness.


Why Grass-Fed and Finished Beef?

  • High in beta-carotene, Vitamin E & B
  • High in Omega-3’s
  • High doses of conjugated linoleic acid (CLA), thought by many  to be a cancer fighter
  • Reduced exposure to E. Coli bacteria
  • An agricultural process that is ecologically friendly
  • Overall fat content is about 25% lower than that of typical corn fed cattle  


All our 100% grass-fed and finished beef is dry aged and comes vacuum sealed and flash frozen.   Our cuts are packed in traditional retail size packs such as: 1lb. ground beef, .5 - 1lb. steaks., 2 -2.5 lb. roasts., 1lb specialty cuts.
